America’s premier bodhrán maker and master bodhrán player, Albert Alfonso, www.albertalfonso.com will be giving a bodhrán workshop/clinic in
Pittsburgh PA on Wednesday evening August 1st.
Time and Place to be announced.

This will be a Q&A driven intermediate to advanced level workshop, however beginners are encouraged to come. Albert will adjust teaching level to the playing level of the students. Focus will be on both top end style and traditional style and how to combine the two styles together to create a melodic playing style, complimentary to traditional Irish session music. The workshop will present the opportunity to compare many different styles of bodhráns and tippers.

Workshop Cost is $20.
For workshop attendees, If you purchase 1 tipper, you get the 2nd free
