This is my own handmade drum...17"x6.5" goat skin.

Its about 5 or 6 yrs old now, and well broken in.

I cured the skin in a lime mix.

The frame is ply with a cardboard core..Yes cardboard!!

Its very strong, and I think it sounds great!
